Head of Manufacturing and Supply Chain

MyForest Foods, a leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) food company, producing sustainable food products from mushroom mycelium is seeking an experienced and innovative; Head of Manufacturing and Supply Chain to lead its production operations and supply chain management.

This role is pivotal in driving the success of our product portfolio, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality food products to the market, and maintaining strong relationships with co-manufacturers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.


Food Production Associate

At MyForest Foods, we grow and harvest mycelium in vertical farms, producing large structures that resemble whole cuts of meat in as little as 12 days. We then slice these meaty “cuts” and season them to perfection in a traditional brine recipe. MyBacon® is the first of many mycelium-based meatless alternatives. This role performs necessary operational functions, including preparing and producing samples, transportation of raw materials, processing materials, and packaging of finished samples for shipping.    


Production Operator, Indoor Farm

As an FSQA Specialist, you will be at the forefront of implementing and overseeing food safety plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and certifications, and driving continuous improvements in food safety practices across all our operations.


Food Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor at My Forest Foods is responsible for managing and leading a team of Production Operators in food production, with a strong focus on safety practices, SOP development, and driving production growth for MyBacon branded products. This role will play a vital role in ensuring a happy, safe, and high-performing production team while meeting quality, safety, and productivity targets.


Plant Operations Technician, Part-Time

As a MyForest Foods Plant Operations Technician (Part-time), you'll be crucial in maintaining our unique indoor growing facility, leveraging your expertise in project management and on-the-floor problem-solving to advance our innovative mycelium farm. Be a part of the future of sustainable food!

The MyForest Foods Plant Operations Technician has a hands-on role, deeply involved in the monitoring, installation, and maintenance of our mycelium farming grow chambers. Working closely with our engineering and operations teams, you will bring the ability to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives to our grow chambers to produce consistent consistently high-quality mycelium week over week. This part-time role will likely be 3 days/wk in the afternoons.
