Fairway got its humble beginnings as a small, corner, fruit & veggie stand on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
The founder’s daughter-in-law suggested the name “Fairway” after her own father’s business. The family called it a “lucky name”—and it was!
Fairway has been in the same family for three generations.
