How to cook MyBacon

Why we started with bacon

From a pig farm to a mycelium farm.

We grow oyster mushroom mycelium into whole sheets, then slice and cure it for the skillet. Today, our mycelium comes from a third-generation mushroom farm in Pennsylvania. The interwoven fibers give MyBacon its bite.
