Chef Nick’s Signature MyBLT

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

WHAT TO DO:

  1. Cook MyBacon to crispy, delicious perfection. (See here for tips!)

  2. Lightly toast your bread slices. Set aside.

  3. Crush or mince the garlic clove. Add your mayo to a small bowl and stir in the garlic until thoroughly mixed.

  4. Divide the garlic-mayo mixture between the two slices of bread. Spread evenly.

  5. Stack your lettuce on one slice of bread. Holding it in place, add tomato slices, followed by the freshly cooked MyBacon slices.

  6. Top the stack with the remaining piece of bread. Firmly press down to meld the ingredients before slicing the sandwich in half.

  7. Dig in and feel good knowing your food choices support a healthy, delicious future.
