Chef Nick’s Signature MyBLT
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 3-4 slices of MyBacon 
- 2 slices of sourdough bread 
- 2 slices of tomato 
- 3 large leaves of butter lettuce 
- 2 tablespoons mayo 
- 1 clove fresh garlic 
WHAT TO DO:
- Cook MyBacon to crispy, delicious perfection. (See here for tips!) 
- Lightly toast your bread slices. Set aside. 
- Crush or mince the garlic clove. Add your mayo to a small bowl and stir in the garlic until thoroughly mixed. 
- Divide the garlic-mayo mixture between the two slices of bread. Spread evenly. 
- Stack your lettuce on one slice of bread. Holding it in place, add tomato slices, followed by the freshly cooked MyBacon slices. 
- Top the stack with the remaining piece of bread. Firmly press down to meld the ingredients before slicing the sandwich in half.
