MyForest Foods Tailgate Tour Giveaway – Official Rules.
ELIGIBILITY
The MyForest Foods Tailgate Tour Giveaway (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and representatives of MyForest Foods Co. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.
Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law.CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 30, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on November 22, 2025 (“Contest Period”).
HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
During the Contest Period, eligible participants may enter by visiting the official entry page at myforestfoods.com/tailgate-tour-signup and completing the online entry form in full.
Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Contest Period. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.
No email opt-in or subscription is required to participate.PRIZES
A total of nine (9) prizes will be awarded:
• One (1) Solo Stove awarded via an online random drawing from all eligible entries received through the landing page; and
• Eight (8) Solo Stoves awarded to winners selected onsite during the MyForest Foods Tailgate Tour events.
Each prize consists of one (1) Solo Stove with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $300.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Onsite winners will be selected by random drawing during the event and notified immediately. On-site winners must pick up their Solo Stove prize from the event location within one (1) week of winning. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded.
The online winner will be selected by random drawing on or about November 25, 2025, from all eligible entries received via the landing page.
The potential online winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of selection. If a potential winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or any other errors or malfunctions that may occur in the administration of the Contest.RELEASE
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless MyForest Foods Co., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of any prize.
PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without further compensation or consent.
GOVERNING LAW
The Contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
